Introduction
This five-day course shows how to turn product ideas into validated opportunities. You will learn methods to generate ideas, test key assumptions, and decide what to build next. The focus is on reducing uncertainty and making resource-backed decisions. Sessions combine short lectures, hands-on exercises and reusable templates.
Objectives
2. Design and run lightweight customer tests to validate core assumptions.
3. Apply quantitative and qualitative criteria to score and prioritize ideas.
4. Draft a concise value hypothesis and a minimal test plan for an idea ready for piloting.
5. Prepare a short investment memo and staged roadmap to move an idea toward development.
